Error codes for Xiaomi Mi electric scooter

Error code 10: Dashboard and control board communication abnormal.

Action: Check connected cable. The most common reason why error code 10 occurs is because the communication cable between the motherboard and the display is loose.

Error code 11: Phase A of the motor current is abnormal

Action: Check motherboard. Error code 11 is most often caused by moisture penetrating and causing corrosion.

Error code 12: Phase B of the motor current is abnormal

Action: Check motherboard. Error code 12 is most often caused by moisture penetrating and causing corrosion.

Error code 13: Phase C of the motor current is abnormal

Action: Check motherboard. Error code 13 is most often caused by moisture penetrating and causing corrosion.

Error code 14: Acceleration sensor reading is abnormal

Action: Check throttle controls, display and the cable between them. In the throttle there are two magnetic poles that are fragile. If the scooter falls to the ground these poles easily fall apart.

Error code 15: Brake sensor read is abnormal

Action: Check the brake control, display unit and the cable between them. The handbrake has two magnetic poles that respond to response and are fragile. If the scooter falls to the ground, these poles easily fall apart, or if the scooter has been exposed to water and rain which has caused corrosion.

Error code 16: Battery change MOS abnormal

Action: Check motherboard.

Error code 17: External battery change MOS abnormal

Action: Check motherboard.

Error code 18: Motor sensor read is abnormal

Action: Check motor, motherboard and the electrical contacts between them.

Error code 19: Battery voltage abnormal

Action: Check battery, motherboard and the electrical contacts between them.

Error code 20: External battery voltage abnormal
